No new teams were accepted to the league

FC Spartak became FC Yelimay,
FC Tselinnik became FC Tsesna

League Format

It was decided to decrease the number of teams from 25 to 17. With a withdrawal of FC Dostyk it became 16. Teams played against each other on home-away basis.
